By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms of service. Our goal is to ensure you never run out of exceptional coffee at home.

1. Monthly Coffee Dynamics

  • Variety: Subscribers will receive the amount of coffee stipulated in their plan each month (Traditional Profile, Signature Harvest, or Founder's Reserve).
  • Rotation: For Signature Harvest and Founder's Reserve plans, the origin, farm, varietal, or process (washed, natural, honey) may vary each month. This allows the subscriber to explore different sensory profiles.
  • Selection: The selection of the coffee of the month is handled by the 24 Grados team of cuppers, always guaranteeing the freshness and cup score promised at each level.

2. Automatic Billing and Invoicing

  • Frequency: By signing up, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to the registered credit or debit card.
  • Billing Date: The system will automatically charge your account on the same calendar day your first purchase was made (for example, if you subscribe on the 5th, subsequent charges will be on the 5th of each month).
  • Data Update: It is the user's responsibility to keep their card details up-to-date to avoid interruptions in their coffee supply.

3. Logistics and Deliveries

  • Shipping: Once payment has been successfully processed, the coffee will be roasted (according to our roasting schedule to ensure freshness) and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Modifications: Any changes to the delivery address or grind type must be notified at least 5 business days before the next month's billing date.

4. Flexibility: Pause, Change and Cancel

  • No Contract: There are no minimum commitment clauses. We want you to stay because you love our coffee.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via our email hola@24gradoscoffee.com or our Corporate WhatsApp (+57) 315 3747509. For the cancellation to apply to the current month, it must be done before the automatic payment is processed.
  • Plan Change: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription level (e.g., from Traditional to Reserve) by notifying us via our email hola@24gradoscoffee.com or our Corporate WhatsApp (+57) 315 3747509

5. Quality and Returns

Given that coffee is a perishable food product, returns are not accepted once the packaging is opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrives in poor physical condition.
