  • 100% Arabica beans of Colombian origin

  • Artisan roasted in Bogotá

  • Vacuum-packed for maximum freshness

  • Available varieties: espresso, pour over, cold brew, and special blends

  5. Payment through secure platforms

  6. Order confirmation via email

5. Prices and Payments

  • All prices in COP (Colombian Pesos)

  • Include VAT according to Colombian regulations

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit/debit cards

    • Bank transfers

    • Cash on delivery (Bogotá only)

    • Mercado Pago

6. Shipping and Deliveries

  • Coverage area: All of Colombia

  • Estimated times:

    • Bogotá: 24-48 business hours

    • Other cities: 3-5 business days

  • Shipping costs:

    • Free for purchases over $80,000 in Bogotá

    • Variable rates depending on destination (calculated at checkout)

7. Return Policy

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transport (report within 24 hours)

  • Error in product delivered

  • Defective packaging

Process:

  1. Notify via WhatsApp or email with photos of the product

  2. Coordinate pickup or delivery at a physical location

  3. Product replacement or refund within 5 business days

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the perishable nature of coffee

  • Immediate replacement for products with quality defects

  • Free advice on preparation and preservation
