We work with coffees grown in different regions of Colombia, where altitude, climate, and agronomic management determine specific sensory profiles. Each batch is selected for its attributes in the cup and the consistency of its process.

We work with producers who understand cultivation as a long-term craft. Optimal harvesting, careful processing, and controlled drying are decisions that define quality before the bean reaches the roaster.

Roasting is adjusted to each origin to reveal its inherent qualities—acidity, sweetness, structure—without imposing an alien character. The result is an experience consistent with the land from which it comes and the work that made it possible.

Our Earth

We were born in Colombia, in regions where altitude, climate, and agricultural tradition determine the character of the coffee. Here, cultivation is not a romantic gesture, but a daily practice that demands knowledge of the soil, understanding of the weather, and precise decisions with each harvest. Every lot we work with comes from specific territories and retains that information in its cup profile.

Our approach

We work directly with producers who understand quality as an accumulative process. We select coffees with clear traceability criteria: we know the farm, the altitude, the variety, and the processing method. The processes—washed, natural, or controlled—are not commercial labels, but techniques that concretely influence the structure, acidity, and sweetness of the coffee.

The Coffee Journey:

From planting to packaging, every stage is guided by technical decisions. Harvesting at optimal ripeness, careful processing, and controlled drying prepare the bean for a roast that aims to reveal, not mask, its qualities. Packaging preserves freshness and stability so that the coffee arrives intact at its destination.

What reaches the cup is not an abstract promise, but the sum of territory, human labor, and rigorous control of variables. The result is a coffee that is legible, consistent with its origin, and stable over time.

“I was surprised by the aromatic complexity. Floral notes, ripe fruit and a persistent yet elegant finish. It's a coffee that can be sensually analyzed with the same rigor as a good wine”.

Valentina Rios

Sommelier

“I am interested in supporting brands that work directly with producers. At 24 Grados, this is not just talk; it’s part of the model. There’s a sense of coherence between what they communicate and what they deliver.”

Santiago Herrera

Entrepreneur

“My morning ritual changed when I started brewing 24 Grados in a French press. The aroma is clean and well-defined, without excessive bitterness. It's a coffee that invites you to slow down and pay attention.”

Camila Torres

Psychologist

“I’ve tried many specialty coffees, but 24 Grados achieves something difficult: balance. The roasting curve respects the bean's profile. In filtered methods, it reveals nuances; in espresso, it maintains body and sweetness.”

Andrés Trujillo

Barista

“What I value most is transparency. Knowing which region it comes from, at what altitude it was grown, and how it was processed changes the experience. It's not an abstract promise; you can taste it in the cup.”

Laura Méndez

Creative Director

“I work with ingredients that respect their origin, and that's why I chose 24 Grados. Each batch maintains consistency but retains character. It's a coffee that complements a dessert without overpowering it, and on its own, it has structure and depth.”

Felipe Ramírez

Chef

At 24 Grados, I found a coffee with identity. It's not just intensity; it's clarity in the cup. You can perceive the notes, the balanced acidity, and a clean body that speaks of good roasting. You can tell it's cared for from origin to packaging.”
